RashGuard LLC Return Policy
This Return Policy ("Policy") applies to all purchases made from RashGuard LLC ("RashGuard," "we," "us," "our"). By completing a purchase, the customer ("you," "your") agrees to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

Return Eligibility
a. Returns are accepted only within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
b. Products eligible for return must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. -
Final Sale Items
a. Certain products are classified as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for return. These items are clearly marked at the time of purchase and cannot be refunded or exchanged. -
Return Shipping
a. You are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.
b. Shipping fees are non-refundable. -
Restocking Fees
a. No restocking fees will be applied to returned items. -
Return Process

Refund Processing
a. Refunds will be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary by financial institution. -
Limitation of Liability
RashGuard is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
